Working with accomplished gilders since the late nineteen sixties I acquired and applied the art and craft of gold leafing and the restoration of gilded picture frames and objects in various work enviroments. It is through the establishment of The Gold Leaf Workshop fifteen years ago that I have been able to continue to excel in the time honored standards of this ancient craft. With associates in related trades my goal is to preserve and foster an appreciation for the exceptional carved and gilded surface. Our services are to the Trade as well as to individual clientele.
Included in my work is the pursuit and desire to replicate Victorian architectural elements evidenced in the sampling provided.
